Package Your Items
Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached and intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
